¼, ½, Whole Beef – Before the animal is butchered, ownership will be transferred to the customer, through the Nevada Dept. of Agriculture Brand Inspection done at the ranch.

A whole beef is enough to feed an army! This is the largest portion we offer and is very popular amongst large families and people who love to entertain. After purchase, a cut sheet will be sent which allows full customization of your beef. The butcher will contact you directly to discuss exactly how you want your beef prepared. From roasts turned into burger, along with steaks and thickness, it will be exactly how you want it! You simply can’t go wrong. Fill that freezer and have comfort knowing your family has affordable beef for a full year ahead

Custom cut instructions can be made for a whole beef only. A cut sheet will be sent to your email, which will then be forwarded to the butcher shop.
