¼, ½, Whole Beef – Before the animal is butchered, ownership will be transferred to the customer, through the Nevada Dept. of Agriculture Brand Inspection done at the ranch.

Beef prices are only going up. When low quality grocery store burger is $6.00lb, you can’t go wrong on steaks, roasts, and burger at $8.00!

Please allow 2-3 weeks until your order is ready!
Approx. 110 lbs. of meat: 25% steaks, 35% roasts, 40% burger.
5 cubic ft of freezer space will be needed.
Our meat comes Double paper wrapped and packaged for two.
